Hi, I’m Joe.

I’m a mortgage and protection adviser based in North Devon, helping clients across the UK.

I began my career in financial services in 2015. Today, I specialise in helping self-employed people find mortgages that reflect the way they earn, whether they’re sole traders, company directors or contractors.

I also work with clients whose circumstances are less straightforward, including those with adverse credit, as well as landlords and property investors.

My approach starts with understanding the whole picture. How you earn, how your business operates, your plans and the details that could influence your mortgage options. I use that understanding to identify lenders whose criteria fit your circumstances.
